Hello! My name is James Gibson, I am a leasing coordinator at Trinity Development Group and a graduate of the Real Estate Management program at the Ted Rogers School of Management. I became interested in real estate at a young age and enjoy learning about local developments, municipal planning policies, and innovations in sustainability.I have spent most of my working career in people-oriented businesses and have extensive experience building relationships, working in teams, and managing projects. Having already achieved certification in Excel and in the process of attaining certifications in Tableau and Power BI, I am fascinated by data and the implications it has in the world of business. I approach every opportunity with optimism and enjoy bringing value to each and every one of my projects.Outside of my professional life I enjoy spending time outdoors. Whether it be hiking and camping in the summer or snowboarding and skiing in the winter, I am always looking for ways to have fun outdoors.
