In my role as a UX/UI Designer I work with teams around the world - Orlando, Osaka, and Beijing - to define requirements and implement designs. My responsibilities include: • Communicating with the marketing and content creation teams to define component requirements and finalize designs. • Working with product stakeholders, developers, and content creators to implement designs and ensure localization and accessibility needs are met. • Conducting content and development audits and reviews to ensure compliance regarding design implementation, information architecture, accessibility, and content guidelines. • Facilitating discussions between design and development teams to provide insights and clarity regarding design intention and technical details. • Creating and managing Global Design System materials and assets. • Working with team members to evangelize and further adherence to our design system. I also with the Global UX/UI Design team at Universal Parks and Resorts (UPR) to redesign and launch a new website for Universal Studios Japan.
