I help local authorities across the UK build stronger, more resilient leadership teams in Children’s Social Care. With over 15 years’ experience in public sector recruitment, I’ve partnered with senior leaders to deliver executive and interim appointments that drive real impact, whether that’s stabilising services, supporting improvement journeys or delivering niche project-based work. Now at Moxie People, I’m proud to align my work with a team that puts people and purpose first. We’re not your typical recruitment agency, we’re values-led, community-minded and deeply embedded in the sector. We give 5% of our profits back through the Moxie Foundation and support job seekers through initiatives like Working Wardrobe.
