In addition, James will research potential new underwriting segments and operates as a thought partner with our key leaders across the enterprise.James comes to Old Republic with an impressive track record of 35+ years of insurance recruiting and networking experience within the insurance industry. He is well known in insurance executive circles with deep relationships that support active executive engagement in the changing commercial insurance industry.For more than a decade, James has helped identify segments that have been added to our portfolio of companies such as E&S, A&H and in 2025 Cyber and Environmental. Further, James has successfully recruited numerous new executives for several key subsidiary companies such as BITCO, ORHP and PMA as well as ORI.
