When cooling fails, everything fails — and the contractors, engineers, and owners building these facilities need someone who understands both the equipment and the stakes.That’s the intersection I work in.As a Project Engineer on a critical projects team at Hoffman & Hoffman, I specialize in data center cooling solutions — coordinating complex HVAC projects from bid submission through equipment delivery. My role sits at the crossroads of outside sales, inside sales, project management, and controls coordination. On any given day I’m interpreting construction documents, submitting equipment proposals, managing relationships with contractors, engineers, and owner reps, and making sure the right equipment gets to the right place at the right time.But I didn’t get here overnight.My background spans mechanical engineering, application engineering, and program management across commercial HVAC, EV battery systems, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. At Carrier, I helped launch a global chiller sourcing program, coordinating teams across the US and China. At Romeo Power, I managed a Class 8 EV battery pack product line from design verification through first prototype.
