Advance creative projects –scout/engage and negotiate with talent, develop storylines, and maintain continuity, quality, and integrity for each comic title. Establish schedules and supervise production, ensuring deadlines are met by writers, artists, inkers, and colorists for more than 40 titles produced as monthly series and subsequent trade paperbacks or original graphic novels. Work alongside the design, marketing, and sales departments to establish the look of the books and brands of each title. Representing Mad Cave at comic book conventions, podcasts, and media interviews. Manage various licensed Disney titles.
