About Jim Kirkpatrick

I\'m passionate about architecting and developing new products and services to support the US Government air gapped cloud programs. I love to support urgent high paced projects that others are struggling to complete. I excel in chaos. We recently had Reid Hoffman speak at a Microsoft all-hands, and he told us about the concept of \'Blitzscaling\'. I had never really had a good way of describing my professional strengths before, but I had just found one. Throughout my career, I\'ve been thrown at the toughest problems and dive in to help drive the team over the line. These range from meeting platform accreditation deadlines, recovering a failed customer engagement, new product creation to meet mission needs, supply chain establishment, and more. I\'m a highly technical Systems Engineer/Architect, but more so I\'m a problem solver and take pride in my ability to triage a situation and prioritize efforts to get over the line as quickly as possible. I always do this in a structured way that will ensure a path forward that can be successful for someone else to manage my solution long term.
