I\'m a product leader who\'s spent my career building software in industries where the technology bar was low and the problems were real. Today I lead product at Steno, a legal technology & services company, where I joined when there was no product org and helped take the company from early stage through Series C. We build for law firms, court reporters, and the internal operations teams that keep everything running - including Steno Connect, our platform for managing remote legal proceedings, and Transcript Genius, our AI-powered transcript analysis tool. Before legal tech, I spent years in entertainment building casting and audition software still used by major networks today. I lead product by staying close to users, using what we ship, and pushing past the status quo. I care most about building teams that figure out how to create value quickly, fail fast, rapidly iterate, and ship things people actually want to use.
