I am an experienced, innovative and versatile recruitment operations manager with extensive project management and IT experience. My skills include talent management, business unit leadership, programme management, resourcing, recruitment, employee engagement and service delivery management. I have significant experience across a variety of sectors.Within my current role, I have successfully grown a large sector, spanning a large geography in the UK which regularly hits high volume recruitment targets as well as filling niche positions. I have recently received top awards from both my employer and the client for innovation. I have been responsible for RPO teams of up to 30 people spanning Europe, based on site in Bucharest, Stockholm & Krakow. Clients included Ericsson, Unisys & Honeywell.
