I support the Travers Smith finance & restructuring team on a range of leveraged / acquisition finance transactions, receivables backed financings, general banking matters and restructuring and insolvency situations. I write and deliver bespoke training and coordinate the response of the practice to legal and market developments. I also maintain a wide range of standard form manuals and precedents, including several automated templates. See below for a sample of my recent external publications. I participate in cross-firm KL networks (Finance, R&I) and am a member of the KL advisory board for the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law. I joined the firm as Senior PSL and was promoted to Knowledge Counsel in July 2019. With the support of Travers Smith and Music in Offices I completed my ABRSM piano grades 5-8 (Grade 8 with Merit in Nov 2019). I am currently studying for my WSET Level 3 Award in Wines (exams in Nov 2025).
