ABOUT JAMES DONALDSON
James (JED) Donaldson, AIA, Partner at Johnson Fain has over two decades of experience designing large-scale, complex projects, including multifamily residential, office, education, biotech, civic, cultural, and mixed-use developments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. JED has taught architectural courses, been a guest critic, and an invited speaker at several universities, including UC Berkeley, USC, UCLA Extension, Art Center, and the University of Puerto Rico.
