ABOUT JAMES DUFFELL
I started dabbling in the world of code when I was in college way back in 2004; it fascinated me to work out how people were achieving cutting-edge designs via code and downloading WordPress themes to deconstruct their files became a hobby, sparking my passion for problem solving through tech. From there it was off to university, and whilst I valued the academic grounding this provided, it swiftly became apparent that the preachings were often a little dated compared to what open source developers shared online, due to the sheer pace of change within the industry. Not one to enjoy feeling left behind, I used this as an opportunity to start working on freelance projects to get some real-world experience.Ultimately, this has led me to co-founding 3manfactory, where for 15+ years I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with our team of specialists across the branding and design space to support clients working on exciting & innovative projects, with award-winning results.Some highlights I\'m exceptionally proud of include; Leading a multi-award-winning agency including Prolific North, Global Marketing, National Teaching Awards, PRCA, Red Rose and Lancashire Business Awards Leading the development of over 180+ websites for public and private sector, including lead gen, ecommerce, B2B, portfolio, interactive learning and directories.
