   As a FIMBA - Federation of International Masters Basketball - International Board Member and the Head of FIMBA USA, I serve as one of 47 individual country heads for the world\'s senior sports federation.My role is to extend FIMBA\'s growing brand in the United States, secure American media coverage and global sponsors for FIMBA and recruit masters age players and assist in organizing men\'s (35+) and women\'s ( 30+) basketball teams for FIMBA\'s international tournaments. In 2021 FIMBA will host a Pan American Championship in Parana, Argentina and a European Championship in Malaga, Spain in 2022.In 2023, FIMBA will host its 16th World Championship in Florida at the ESPN WWOS Complex.
