   Feb 2019 — Present

   Conducts and analyzes traffic engineering studies to prepare and install signal timing and coordination at new and existing locations. Addresses complaints and inquiries from the public on any phase of traffic signal operations such as placement, warrants, records or timings. Participates in the inspection of construction projects involving new emergency vehicle preemption, wireless radio communication, traffic monitoring camera installations and traffic signal installation.• Assisted with pilot projects with vendors and outside organizations to implement state-of-the-art traffic programs.• Established an interdepartmental collaborative work model that assisted colleagues in helping citizens and outside agencies when navigating the governmental process.
