   Leveraging my extensive broadcast background, I offer guidance, coaching and mentoring to content creators with the aim of increasing listenership and engagement. Additionally, I draw on my promotions and marketing experience to create specifically targeted promotions and social media campaigns for the purpose of engaging the Humana associate and fostering one of a kind interactions with the Humana Radio product.I most recently collaborated with internal IT business partners and a 3rd party vendor for the creation of a smart phone application designed to enhance the listener experience and allow for mobile listening. This app also enables listening for a substantial number of associates who to this point, were unable to tune in to Humana Radio.I routinely collaborate with internal network resource groups who represent minority populations. These collaborations result in month long radio programming and promotional campaigns designed to increase awareness, inform, entertain, and educate the associate population.Work closely with senior leaders and management team members to produce live, on-air programs, town hall events, and interviews.I contracted and implemented Music Master music scheduling software to streamline our 24 hour broadcast schedule. This improved music rotations, enabled commercial inventory to be added, improved brand messaging opportunities, and associate engagement capabilities.
