I am a Partner at Target Global, working across all our funds to provide additional value to our portfolio, through both supporting existing investments, and leading new investments, but also working at the fund level to drive value to our LP community.Since 2015, Target Global has partnered with bold founders building category-defining companies including Revolut, Delivery Hero, Auto1, Flo Health, Fresha, TravelPerk, Copper and Rapyd.We are a team of operators turned investors who back exceptional entrepreneurs going after trillion dollar markets, with the experience to help them get there.With offices in London, Berlin and Tel Aviv, we have supported some of Europe’s most successful technology companies through every stage of growth.To learn more about Target Global, please visit: am also the Chairman of Serve First CX, a leading provider of Customer Experience software selling into the Enterprise and large SME market.Prior to that I was the CEO of Minit Process Mining, which I led to a successful acquisition by Microsoft in 2022. Subsequent to that I was part of the team that took UltimateSuite to a successful acquisition by ServiceNow in 2023 as executive chairman. I also work as a portfolio non-executive director and chairman, mainly around the B2B software and SAAS space. I\'m also an Angel investor. I\'m always looking for interesting and relevant opportunities to either invest or advise. Previously, I held senior positions at Amazon, Google EMEA, Red Gate Software, and Automation Anywhere, where I was the GM EMEA growing revenue from zero to tens of millions per year and building a team of over 250 people across Europe in sales, marketing, partner management, partner enablement, HR, talent acquisition, finance, legal and much more. When I’m not working, you can either find me with my family, or out with my spaniels, or possibly taking my boat to the pub.
