Monitors and enforces all lease terms, including: timely billing, rent collection, tenant adherence to lease requirements. Builds and cultivates relationships with Department of Buildings and other governing agencies. Provides daily, weekly, monthly, annual and \"as needed\" building inspections. Reviews, tracks and approves invoicing and makes takes appropriate steps to ensure accuracy. Monitors and oversees construction projects on a regular basis to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
