As the Vice President of Sales Marketing at 401 Electric Ltd, I oversee all sales and marketing activities for a full-service electrical contractor that has been serving clients in the Eastern Ontario market for over 50 years. I have more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the electrical industry, and I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.My core competencies include artificial intelligence, energy management, business implications, strategic negotiations, and new business development. I have acquired these skills from leading academic institutions such as MIT and LSE, as well as from my previous roles as CEO and President of Elexicon Group and as a business strategy consultant. My mission is to create value and impact in the energy sector by leveraging cutting-edge technology, market insights, and customer relationships. I have successfully led the development and implementation of a new strategic plan to transform the business model of Elexicon Group from a utility-based enterprise to an entrepreneurial one, enabling increased revenue streams and customer satisfaction. I have also facilitated multiple merger and acquisition deals, branding strategies, and business channel development projects for various clients in the energy sector.
