I lead a cross-disciplinary design team delivering new features and continuous UX improvements across BBC digital products. That includes- shaping long-term product strategy in close partnership with product, delivery and data- planning and managing the workload of the UX team, as well as working with our design researchers to define a research roadmap that supports the wider team\'s objectives and continuous discovery- developing our content design community of practice and guidelines, as well as designing and facilitating training sessions to grow the content design skills of designers from other disciplines- line managing, mentoring and helping to recruit amazing designers at the BBC to strengthen the BBC’s design capability.Before that, I\'ve been a Senior Content Designer across Live, Sport, Bitesize, iPlayer, BBC Homepage, and our backend systems and tooling.
