Established a new role within Control Operations responsible for leading the formulation and management of in-AMP, annual, and monthly production plans for all assets across the source to tap asset base • Coordinate asset outages with internal and external stakeholders, bulk water supply changes, and other activities that may impact production or pose a resilience risk • Manage performance and compliance against all the business’ water abstraction licenses throughout the year and prepare annual submission to the Environment Agency • Prepare the annual Water Supply Budget figures and present justification to the Executive Board for approval. This drives the annual OPEX allocated for chemical, energy and people within Water Production. • Lead a team of developers creating a digital planned works tool to improve the organisation of asset outages and provide better visibility on a number of regulatory performance commitments such as; Planned/Un-Planned Outage, Asset Availability and Asset Health • Scoping and developing a Dynamic Operational Risk Dashboard within QlikSense
