Responsible for the delivery of an ongoing programme of user research to help inform the design of a new health related government digital service which is currently in private beta.Responsibilities included- Defining a new \'user needs driven process\'- Research ops activities such as recruitment, gathering consent and ongoing liaison with all respondents- Creation of research briefs and discussion guides- Conducting remote research interviews with Director level participants- Facilitating co-analysis workshops- Writing findings reports and presenting findings- Helping to define service strategy, direction and priorities based on user needs- Presenting findings & recommendations to departmental steering group - Creation of a research repository- Ongoing improvement of documents, approaches and techniques to improve outputs and maximise team collaboration and exposure to research insights
