As a Venture Lead at Limineer, I work with corporates to turn uncertainty into new, fundable businesses.I lead ventures through Limineer’s belief-led process, identifying contrarian ideas inside organisations, testing them against market reality, and helping turn the strongest into ventures that executive teams are excited to back.My role is both customer facing and internal management. That includes working closely with senior stakeholders, shaping and validating New Business Opportunities, and leading teams through the practical work of getting ideas to pitch-ready, and, where approved, into build.I currently lead multiple ventures in parallel and support others across the portfolio. Along the way, I’m responsible for delivery timelines, stakeholder management, contributing to hiring, and presenting directly to executive boards.The work is hands-on, often uncertain, and deliberately experimental. I spend time thinking carefully about what to build - and just as much time helping teams actually get it done.

I’m a corporate venture builder working with large organisations to turn strategic uncertainty into new, fundable businesses.At Limineer, I lead ventures through the full journey from ambiguity to execution. We work closely with executive teams to understand the uncertainties they’re facing, translate those into a long list of New Business Opportunities, and rigorously shape the most promising ideas into board-ready venture pitches. When those ventures are approved, we go on to build them - acting, in effect, as founders for hire.My work sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, venture creation and delivery. I’m equally comfortable leading teams from the front or setting direction and enabling others to execute. My leadership style is deliberately empowering: my role is to create clarity, remove constraints, and help teams do their best work.I’m particularly interested in new ways of working, new approaches to innovation, and the practical challenge of turning good ideas into real, operating businesses.Always happy to collaborate with people who care about building things properly - from strategy through to action.
