Currently building Kilo Code, an AI code editor like Cursor, Windsurf and Cline. 10+ years product designer / 4+ years management I work with startups, agencies and SaaS companies and have worked on 7 0→1 projects and developed 2 new technology stacks. I love building digital products as well as guiding teams and jumping into the craft of design and research. Shipping successful products and building strong teams and culture is what motivates me. I am a collaborative designer + manager who can dive into design and research and then step back to provide strategic direction and coach. My product / project philosophy is to be in constant discovery to understand customers, test early and fail faster to increase learning speed.
