ABOUT JAMES BURKE

As a Business Coach and owner at ActionCOACH Manchester, I help and coach small to medium size business owners to run more profitable businesses that work without them. I have won four global coaching awards and six national awards for my business since 2018, and I have also starred in an Amazon Prime TV documentary and written a bestselling book on business growth.My passion for coaching stems from my personal journey of overcoming homelessness and a career-ending injury as a professional boxer. I discovered the power of personal development and clarity, and I applied it to my property career, where I rose to become a director and earned a six-figure income. I decided to use my skills and experience to help other business owners achieve their goals and vision, and I have been doing so ever since.I leverage my elite sports background and my expertise in scaling small businesses to deliver simple and effective coaching solutions. I focus on three areas: clarity, personal growth, and business growth. I work with business owners and executive teams to create a clear and aligned vision, to develop their capabilities and mindset, and to implement strategies and systems that drive results and performance. I am motivated by making a difference and seeing my clients succeed.
