Manages the full product assortment and owns the P&L for all Grocery and HBC categories which includes sourcing, procuring, data analyzing, planogramming, pricing, cost negotiation, promoting, and managing relationships with vendor partners.\\\\n• Grocery was a $15 million category in 2021, and is on pace to eclipse $17 million in 2022\\\\n• Ice Cream subcategory grew in sale +5% in 2021, and is on pace for +10% growth in 2022\\\\no Worked with exclusive manufacturer to update assortment, add innovation items & drive promotions.\\\\n• Bagged Ice subcategory increased in sales +6.6% in 2021 and is on pace for +15.6% growth in 2022\\\\no Offseason months ran “2 for” promos to drive volume that saw unit increase of 6% or greater each promo period\\\\n• Fluid Milk Products subcategory was flat in sales and profit in 2021, on pace for growth in sales of +7% and profit +35%\\\\no February 2022, implemented a pricing strategy changes that has improved sales by +9%, profit by +45%, and margin % by+800bp over last 6 months\\\\n Net profit dollar growth of nearly $250k in last 6 months alone\\\\n• Health & Beauty was a $4 million dollar category in both 2020 and 2021, on pace for $4.5 million in 2022\\\\no 2020 was a challenging year with Covid, but was able to grow the category by +3% aided by surge in PPE items such as hand sanitizers, wipes, etc.\\\\no 2021 saw HBC decline by (-3.6%) versus 2020, but was flat to pre-Covid 2019\\\\no On pace for +11% growth in 2022 over 2021 and +14.4% over pre-Covid 2019\\\\n Flipped entire HBC planogram in Fall 2021 that brought larger, take-home medicines and high impulse items to top shelves.\\\\no Relaunching entire CBD program to feature two manufacturers (four brands in total)\\\\n Secured funding and new displays to cover waste cost of deleted brands\\\\n Negotiated full product guarantees in annual contract to protect Global against expiration and local law changes restricting CBD sales\\\\n Designed planograms for all displays (Relaunch scheduled for late August 2022)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
