As an Experience Design Director, I\'m both a leader and a practitioner, guiding teams and executing through the entire design process from discovery to delivery for native and web-based mobile applications. I facilitate workshops with clients and users to understand their needs, scope and plan features and functionality, lead my team in defining the experience using design thinking through user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps, and documenting the experience through design systems and annotation. I work closely with clients, mobile strategists, digital strategists, content strategists, project managers, account managers, and engineers to develop innovative and engaging solutions. My fundamental responsibility is to take ownership and lead design teams to create engaging, human-centered mobile experiences while also driving the business forward.
