Having previously worked on the insurer-side, I have for the last four years helped policyholders secure indemnity from insurers. Disputes have included a £1.1bn business interruption claim following Covid-19, high profile financial disputes, and complex multi-party disputes across various jurisdictions. I am a senior associate in the Policyholder Disputes team at Stewarts. As a specialist insurance coverage team acting only for policyholders, we have acted in many high-profile and ground-breaking insurance cases in the UK and internationally.
