Responsible for managing the RPS ecology team in London, Cambridge, Newark and Norwich. Specialist in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA), biodiversity net gain (BNG) assessment and protected species mitigation. Survey licence holder for bats (Class 2), great crested newts, dormice and barn owl, and registered consultant on Natural England\'s great crested newt low impact class licence and badger class licence.
