Principal Researcher responsibilities include:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for each vacancy from client briefing through to offer management and closing.Maintaining Stakeholder management with hiring managers and candidates. Created the New Starter Training Booklet and Training Timetable. Lead the new starter training for the first 2 weeks of their employment, working with IT, Operations, Marketing and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Own the development of training material and schedule through a combination of new starter feedback forms and wider external research. Supporting the new starters transition to their line manager by acting as a coach/mentor.
