As Senior Operations Coordinator for Knight Frank’s Research Analytics team, I support the Head of Research Analytics by managing priorities, communication and decision flow to keep leadership focused. I run the core operations of the department, ensuring effective day-to-day delivery, strong stakeholder coordination and clear internal communication. I lead meeting governance, from agenda setting through to action tracking, and partner closely with HR and Talent on recruitment, onboarding and people operations. I manage key operational controls including absence, hybrid working, expenses, subscriptions and travel, and coordinate the delivery of research projects, publications, events and other business-critical outputs. I maintain oversight of departmental calendars and delivery activity, tracking operational data to support management reporting, transparency of output and informed decision-making. I drive continuous improvement, streamlining processes and documentation to strengthen efficiency and governance across the team.
