ABOUT JAMES ARTINGSTALL
I am a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Development Planner for Bloor Homes based in the Exeter Region. Working alongside the other disciplines that comprise our design and technical team I am responsible for the delivery of planning permissions/reserved matters approvals for the region, as well as managing planning conditions, S106 obligations, and amendment applications. Previous to this, I have 3 years experience gained in private planning consultancy working across a wide variety of projects of different scales for an equally varying client base across England. I gained a First Class Undergraduate Degree in Geography and Planning (RTPI Accredited) from Cardiff University.
