Despite having access to a toy-box full of colorful building blocks, do you know how hard it is to construct a stable and beautiful structure? Building-block toys come with directions for a reason, to conduct the symphony of sizes, shapes, and colors – I do the same thing for teams, so they can use the right technology to build amazing creations. I achieve results by building innovative blueprints founded on my passion for technology and experience leading a diverse set of people. I lead teams on the principle that, given the immense possibilities with so many blocks, form and function are not mutually exclusive. Opportunities don’t just apply to how the pieces are put together but also how they can be used to build products and teams.
