Responsible for the domestic and international strategy and implementation of the enterprise physical security program.• 2,700 retail banking branches, 300+ major buildings, over ATM’s across the US and offshore locations.• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing physical security threats to the organization and senior executive managements.• Supervises corporate security operations, including physical security assets and security staff. • Evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for the organization’s activities and functions relative to Security; identifies and resolves security issues, develops and implements recommendations for improvement. • Develops proactive and preventative security programs. • Performs audits of security-related performance and assesses premise security, including security equipment. • Ensure the safety of the corporate headquarters and executive offices. • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of corporate, including supervision of administration and operation of security equipment and staff. • Lead internal investigations as it relates to bank robbery, burglary and other criminal actvity. • Assist in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning. • Serve as liaison with public safety agencies, law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security and/or employees. • Coordinates with external agencies as necessary.
