ABOUT JAMES WECK
As a Shareholder and Managing Partner of Claunsen Miller\'s Wisconsin Office, I focus my practice on construction litigation, medical malpractice, casualty defense and professional liability in state and federal court. With significant experience in all stages of litigation, Jim works with clients to achieve their goals of minimizing risk and exposure in claims originating in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Jim worked with clients in defending transportation and premises liability claims, including extensive experience litigating UM/UIM claims through arbitration. Jim received his J.D. from Marquette University in 2012 and his LL.M in Taxation from DePaul University in 2015. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Business School at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005, where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team. Jim grew up in the northwest suburbs as one of seven children and graduated from Loyola Academy.
