   I am responsible for ensuring Firm\'s compliance with professional standards and quality control procedures. I serve as the leader of several programs within the firm to ensure that engagement teams execute their audits in compliance with Firm methodology and professional standards. I lead several programs in this regard, including the Firm\'s Engagement Monitoring program and the Issuer Targeted Assistance Program. I am the subject matter team lead for the Firm\'s methodology over audits of revenues, and have released several publications both in the U.S. and globally. I also lead the Inspection Monitoring team leader, which during inspections conducted by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, as well as develop internal guidance and training as a member of the Firm’s Audit Methodology Group.I have over 20 years of experience in public accounting, serving public and privately held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, high-technology, financial institutions, non-profit entities and employee benefit plans.
