I’ve been covering the Metals & Mining industry within Global Advisory - M&A and corporate finance - at Rothschild & Co since 2008 and before that qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young. I\'m responsible for generating M&A and financing ideas and proposals to my existing and prospective clients and then managing and implementing highly complex, high-value and mostly cross border corporate finance and strategic advisory assignments.I\'ve worked on M&A transactions and advisory assignments across a wide range of international jurisdictions - Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Uruguay, China, Japan, Korea, Madagascar, Morocco, Indonesia to name but a few - which has given me extensive experience in working, empathising and building cross-cultural relationships with a global client base. It has also meant I\'ve successfully closed multiple cross border transactions
