Primary responsibilities include\\\\n- Performing EAC/Program audits on all programs executed by JPL by utilizing industry standard DECM checks & internal guidelines.\\\\n- Lead/Execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) occurring at subcontractors to JPL. Ensure external documentation is in compliance with industry standard expectation for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.\\\\n- Coordinate updates to JPL EVM related command media with internal & NASA stakeholders to ensure programs have readily available documentation for best practice program management execution.\\\\n- Provide ad hoc programmatic guidance to Program Business Managers to ensure consistency in the application of EV throughout JPL.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
