With 25+ years of experience in maintenance, process improvement, and leadership, I am passionate about setting standards, improving processes, and raising the bar of excellence for myself and the team.• Manage the CMMS programs; Accruent Maintenance Connection (MC) and Dematic Sprocket across business units- Corporate offices, Stores, and Distribution/Fulfillment locations (still growing):• Develop, educate, and drive initiatives for CMMS data standards, processes, and expectations- Asset metadata, Spare parts metadata, Root Cause Analysis, Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Plans/Procedures.• Deploy Technician focused CMMS tools; Maintenance Connection (MC-MRO), Maintenance Connection Express (MCX), and Maintenance Connection Kinetic (MCK) an app based (Apple iPad) tool used by 225+ MCK users.• Coach and support Planner / Schedulers- Asset load balancing, labor utilization, T-14+ planning/scheduling practice.• Coach and support Inventory Control Specialist- Asset-Spares Bill of Materials (BOMs), Max level, Reorder Points.• Work closely with business leadership to understand requirements and develop additional solutions in partnership with stakeholders.• Provide new and advanced user training on methods, procedures, and program expectations.• Develop the inventory spares module within the CMMS to track spares inventory usage/fail rates. • Interface with Business Intelligence for development of KPIs and continuous improvement.• Interpret data, recommending and driving business process initiatives for continuous improvement.• Develop and automate the continuous delivery (daily/weekly/monthly) of reports as needed.
