As a Consultant at Blue Pisces Consulting Firm, I once again am working with the Walt Disney Studios as my client, but this time focusing on building an in house experience tool the studios can use for their digital signage experiences, and other innovating projects working with the Marketing and Business Solutions, Experience and Platform Team. My goal is to reduce cross functional redundancies at the Studios to reduce costs and improve workflow efficiency in procuring, designing, and managing content. I help support the research, approval, and implementation of third-party hardware/software solutions for various experiences and projects for the Experience Team, while leveraging my knowledge in digital signage technology and solutions to help them explore new avenues in possible marketing experiences.
