ABOUT JAMES TWEDDLE
I have over 16 years experience in supporting my clients with independent investigations and contract reviews. I lead large and complex investigations, leveraging the latest data analytics and e-discovery tools to determine the root causes of issues.Whilst my focus is on Digital and Forensic Investigations, I am proud to work alongside our experts in Financial Crime, Capital Projects and Disputes across our broader Forensics practice. I have specific expertise in navigating complex accounting matters, leveraging my forensic mindset and my background as a chartered accountant, but I have also regularly investigated non-financial matters. Our work will typically focus on areas of alleged fraud, misconduct, or regulatory issues.I also leverage my investigations experience in conducting independent, third party contract reviews. This can include KPI reporting, cost reduction and revenue enhancement. I help organisations maximise the value from their contracts, which typically declines over time. I have worked across a range of industries during my time at PwC, with a specific focus on Consumer Markets and Technology. I have also led some of the most high profile public sector investigations in my career to date.
