ABOUT JAMES TUNNEY
I am a Director and the Global Leader of the Business and Investor Advisory team at Arup. The team provides financial, strategic and economic advice, as well as technical and commercial due diligence on energy, transport and infrastructure businesses. This includes working in multi-disciplinary teams drawing on the deep expertise of Arup to develop solutions for clients in the built environment. I help clients understand key markets and industries, developing market entry strategies, business cases and evaluating investment opportunities. We advise a range of clients including large corporates, regulated businesses, infrastructure owners, infrastructure funds and Government sector clients across Arup’s core sectors. Acting as a lead adviser on transactions, I provide financial and commercial structuring advice, business planning, contract negotiations support, financial modelling and fund raising advice. Prior to joining Arup, I worked in the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group at KPMG Corporate Finance.
