I’m an experienced Track Renewals and Enhancements Supervisor currently working with CRSA Crewe S&C, bringing over 14 years of Permanent Way experience from my time with Network Rail.Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong track record in the inspection, maintenance, and renewal of railway assets to the highest Network Rail standards. I’ve led and delivered numerous projects safely and efficiently, including: S&C renewals CWR installation Long timber renewals Drainage installation Ballast renewalsMuch of my work focuses on track geometry rectification and improvement, whether reacting to immediate faults identified by the TRU or proactively analysing data to improve track quality before issues impact performance.I’m used to working within tight possessions and short blocks, where organisation, planning, and leadership are critical.
