ABOUT JAMES TILLEY

Currently working as an Area Sales Manager at Ripon Farm Serviced based out of the Retford depot. A hybrid role, that is based occasionally in the office but mainly out on the road covering the North Lincolnshire area. Pushing market share of our John Deere main franchise along with our other fantastic brands of Kramer, Kuhn, Bailey among many others in the area and continuing to help our customers both current and new, with the best products and customer service.I am a focused individual who is hard working, motivated and punctual. A leader, always working to the highest possible standards from the front, I achieve tasks laid out in front of me to the fullest of my capabilities. I am an excellent team player but can also work on my own initiative. Forward planning, problem solving and organisational skills are some of my attributes to name but a few. I enjoy new challenges and thrive under pressure whilst being keen to learn new aspects of any role. Company progression and advancement are important factors to my career and something I remain focused and mindful of when doing my utmost to prove myself.
