I bring a unique blend of leadership, operational oversight, and frontline instructional expertise to my role - ensuring high standards across our character education programmes delivered to schools nationwide.Before transitioning into education, I served in the Royal Navy for 15 years within the Warfare Branch, where I developed an understanding of leadership, discipline, and operational effectiveness under pressure. That experience continues to inform my approach to managing teams, driving performance, and delivering impactful training.At Commando Joe’s, I’m passionate about helping young people develop resilience, teamwork, and character - qualities that serve them far beyond the classroom.
