I have 20 years of construction industry experience having started my career in a specialist contractor; I then joined Dean & Dyball as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in 2004. I have the responsibility of leading a team for all aspects of projects commercial management, dealing with supply chain, consultants and clients. I believe that to be effective, commercial information needs to be both accurate and on time. I take pride in maintaining an open dialogue with clients and professional teams, in particular by providing monthly reports, which includes forecast to completion. I currently run a Commercial Team of 5 Quantity Surveyors with a total value 15 million per year. In addition, I have excellent experience in managing the commercial delivery of competitive, second stage and negotiated tenders.
