As a leader in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, I am dedicated to being a catalyst for transformation in this generation. I am the founder and CEO of The SHIFT Project, a nonprofit organization committed to equipping individuals and families with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve economic independence and stability. Through workforce development, skill training, trade certification, and personalized career services, we empower people to secure sustainable employment and rebuild their lives with dignity. Additionally, I am the co-founder of The Remnant Co, a nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to amplifying the gifts of faith-based creatives. The Remnant Co. exists to create an environment that inspires, heals, and glorifies God while fostering a community of creatives who are united in their mission to spread the Gospel through their gifts.
