I have delivered in excess of 30 healthcare schemes over the past 28 years working as a Lead Engineer, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager within the NG Bailey team dedicated to healthcare projects. During this period I have been an integral part of the clients design team working collaboratively to ensure at their key project drivers are being realised. The experience I have gained in delivering healthcare projects brings real benefit throughout the whole project management process from the initial concept and tender through buildability, offsite solutions, commissioning and aftercare.
