As part of Pinsent Masons\' Employment and Reward team, I assist clients on all legal aspects of employee incentive arrangements, from drafting rules for Long-Term Incentive Plans, tax-advantaged arrangements (such as SAYE plans and CSOPs) and growth share schemes, to advising on ongoing UK corporate law and regulatory requirements. I also advise in relation to UK best practice expectations for share plan design for listed and unlisted companies.I assist companies in connection with the employee incentive aspects of corporate transactions such as large IPOs and de-mergers, including drafting legal documentation as well as supporting with employee communications. I also regularly assist multinational clients with their regulatory and legal compliance in connection with the operation of their global plans, and in assessing the tax treatment of their overseas incentive arrangements.
