FOK Design of a General Aviation FBO Terminal, Westhampton Beach, NY (2022-current). Project manager for the civil design of a new FBO at Gabreski Airport. The project consists of a new 5600SF terminal building,(2) 31,250SF hangars, 5,900SF of office/shops, of ramp, direct access to Taxiway W, parking areas, and fuel farm. Responsible for managing the site civil engineering including all civil design, landscaping, site investigations, and related permitting and airspace analysis.BUF Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements (2022-current). Project manager for replacement of (14) passenger boarding bridges including PCAir and Ground Power Units along with integration of equipment with the Airport’s planned upgrades to BMS and security systems. Led building condition assessments, ramp investigations (survey, subsurface utilities, and geotechnical investigation), gate striping for fleet mix, airspace analysis, environmental review, alternative analyses, cost estimating, design, and preparation of an RFP for construction.Second Target Station (STS) – Oak Ridge National Laboratory (2021-current). Site civil task manager for the design of the $2B STS at the Spallation Neutron Source Campus. The site civil features of the project consist of mass grading, roadways, utilities, and stormwater management to support a target & instrument building, tunnel, central utilities plant, and cooling towersLaGuardia Terminal C - Airside Civil/Site PM (20••••23). Responsible for the airside design and construction administration associated with the redevelopment of the new $4B Terminal C at LaGuardia Airport. Project features consisted of new aprons and taxiways serving 4 new concourses, site utilities, aircraft systems/ground support equipment, and hydrant fueling, The project also required extensive phasing and micro-phasing as all construction was being executed while Delta Airlines maintained operations.
