I am responsible for managing all aspects of works that impact the public highway obtaining permits/licences, procuring contractors and working with the construction team for a number of developments within the group with a project value ranging from 30-150million. This varies from streetworks to highways licences which include scaffolding, hoarding. Loading/unloading,logistics, leading on stakeholder consultation. I am responsible for the implementation of S278 works which involves the redesign of the public highway and major diversion works for Thames Water,SGN, UKPN and BT. Ensuring planning obligations are discharged under s106, working with all other project managers to co-ordinate works in a safe and efficient matter to ensure minimum disruption to progression of site activities. Ensuring all agreements are in place for works affecting the flood defence and carried out compliant. I understand the client’s, third parties and consultant requirements, building a lean process to manage and deliver accurate information, interfacing with multiple organisations to achieve a successful conclusion with the completion of the project on time and within budget.
